Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Items are eligible for return if they are:

    • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

    You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Gift cards.
    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Personalized or customized products.
    • Intimate items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to returns@[yourshopname].com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship the Item(s):

    • Package the item securely and include your return authorization number.
    • Ship your return to the address we provide.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • Shipping Fees:
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
